  3. 1 tspkala namak(black salt)
  4. 50 gmchopped palak
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 cupchopped cilantro

    In a blender, mix all ingredients

    Coat the glass rim with kala namak. Pour the smoothie mixture

    Add straw and a slice of lemon. Serve chilled.
