Ingredients

  1. 300 gboiled chickpeas
  2. 400 gkofta
  3. 1/2 cuptomato puree
  4. 1.5 cupchopped onion
  5. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  6. 2 pcsgreen chillies chopped
  7. 2 tspred chilli Powder
  8. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  9. 1/2 tsphaldi
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 tspzeera
  12. 1.5 tspdhaniya powder
  13. 1 cupyogurt

Cooking Instructions

    To make gravy, heat oil in a skillet and add cumin seed, ginger garlic paste, saute it, add onion and cook it for 2-3 minutes

    Add tomato puree and cook for 2 more minutes. Now add salt, red chilli, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, some water (if needed) mix well and let it cook for 5 minutes

    Masala is somewhat ready, now add green chilli, yogurt and cook it for 2 minutes

    Add the boiled chickpeas and 1 cup of hot water. Let it cook for 6-8 minutes on medium low heat.Prepare the Kofta as per the instruction on the pack

    Put the prepared Kofta in the pan and let it cook for 3-4 minutes on medium low flame.to have a perfect taste, garnish with fresh coriander.

    Serve hot with Naan or Roti
