Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsWheat flour
  2. 1.25 cupOil
  3. 4 tbspCurd
  4. 3 tbspMilk
  5. 2 tspBaking powder
  6. PinchSalt
  7. 1pinch

Cooking Instructions

    Transfer the melted ice cream to a mixing bowl.

    Then to this add oil, curd, milk and mix well.

  3. 3

    To this add wheat flour and mix well to combine.

  4. 4

    Now pour this into cupcake mould.

  5. 5

    Bake this in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 15 to 20 mins.

    Insert a toothpick if it comes out clean the cake is done, else bake it for another 5 more minutes.

    Yummy blackcurrant wheat cupcake super moist is done.
