  • 200 gmsPaneer
  • As per tasteSalt
  • as requiredMixed herbs/pizza seasoning
  • as requiredOil to drizzle

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the paneer into long strips and marinate with salt and mixed herbs on both sides.

    Grease the grill pan with little oil and place the paneer on it.

    Roast it from both the sides till golden brown and serve it with some salad.
