Steps

Mix all dough ingredients and make semi soft dough then close lid and set for 15 min.

Mix all filling ingredients well.

Divide filling mixture in equal balls then give it cylinder shape same as pic.

Mix all paste ingredients and make thick paste.

Divide dough into equal parts then make roti.Divide into 4 parts.then traingle shape make 3 slant cuts both sides.

Apply Maida paste on all traingle,take cylinder roll and put it center and make jally packet as shown in picture.

Then deep fry your jali samosa...it is ready to serve.

Now decorate the dish and serve and enjoy.
