Clean basmati rice and soak for 1/2 hour.

Take a thick bottom vessel add the milk in a pan and then boil with add the basmati rice.

Keep stirring in between.

Once the rice is well blended, mash well.

Then add the sugar and betel mixture in milk.Keep it for 6-8 minutes and lift it down.

Put in cashew,dry grapes and cardamom powder in ghee and roast it and mix it with the kheer

Serve with some pistachio on the top.
