Steps

Warm milk dissolve 1 tspn of sugar and add the instant yeast. Let it bloom. Measure the other ingredients.

Mix the flour and sugar. Form a well, add melted butter and the yeast. Knead to form a soft dough.

Grease a container and put the dough in. Turn it to make sure its completely covered in oil. Let it proof till it doubles in size. (1 hour)

Punch down to release air bubbles. Shape in a bread tin and cut incisions on the top. Use ewg wash for the top and sprinkle some sesame seeds. Let it proof for 30 minutes. bake in a preheated oven.
