Ingredients

1 serving
  • 250 mlchilled milk
  • 2 scoopscoffee ice-cream (Homemade)
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • as requiredChocolate flakes for topping
  • as requiredChocolate syrup for jar decoration

Steps

  1. 1

    Chill glass jar, pour chocolate syrup on the rim of the chilled jar, so it drops on both inside and outside of the jar. Keep again for chilling.

    In deep bottom vessel add sugar and coffee ice-cream. Pour chilled milk and with hand electric blender or put all three ingredients in a mixer jar, whipped up for 5 minutes till sugar dissolves and creamy mixture is formed.

    Pour this coffee milkshake in chilled jar.

    Serve immediately topping with Chocolate flakes
