Ingredients

  • 1 packspinach (150g)
  • 100 gmozzarella
  • 1tomato
  • 1 tablespoonolive oil
  • 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoonsugar
  • 1/3 piecegarlic
  • 1small red onion
  • fried onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut spinach and microwave half of spinach (stalk) for 1 minute 500w. Then add half (leaves) and microwave for one more minute.

    Make dressing.

    Cut tomato and mozzarella. Put on spinach and sprinkle dressing.

    Garnish with fried onion. Enjoy 😉
