Poppy Seeds Curry

Soak poppy seeds for 4-5 hrs. Wash, churn and add only 2-3tbsp water. Then churn again and make a smooth paste.

Now heat oil in a pan add bay leaf, finely chopped onion and saute till it looks transparent then add ginger garlic paste. Saute it properly now add poppy seeds paste, salt and saute takes 2-3min. Add milk and mix well. Cover and cook for 5min on slow flame. Lastly, add garam masala then turn off the flame and mix well. Now it's ready to serve with jowar roti. Tasty Poppy seeds curry is ready to serve.
