Steps

Soak 1/4 cup tamarind till soft and take the pulp and khajoor and grind to smooth paste and add a pinch salt.

In a grinder jar take pudina coriander leaves, green chillI, salt, sugar, lemon juice, cumin and grind to smooth paste.

Take a pan add oil and chopped boiled potatoes and saute add pudina chutney and saute 2-5 mins.

Take tarts add minty potatoes add chopped onion,.tomatoes, curd, tamarind khajoor chutney, curd and sprinkle chat masala and serve
