Ingredients

  • 500 grmsWashed Beans
  • 8scotch bonnet
  • 2large onions
  • 10 cubesmaggi
  • Hand full chopped spinach
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind your washed beans with onion and scotch bonnet to a fine paste then add salt and beat well

  2. 2

    When it looks formy add the chopped spinach. Then put oil on fire and use spoon or laddle to dimple then deep fry both sides

    Serve with pap or custard
