Wash the papaiya and cut into small pieces

Now take a pan and put ghee and let it heat. Add the chopped papaiya and let it cook for 15 mins in low medium heat

After 15 mins, once the papaiya has been cooked and is now soft. Now add the sugar and let it cook again for 15-20 mins in low medium heat

After 15 mins the papaiya will be a little thick so then add the almond flour and elaichi powder. Cook for 5 mins. It will become more think and into a halva consistency

Now your halva is ready and garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios
