Preheat oven to 170'

Sift flour and all dry ingredients in one bowl.mix well.

Put all wet ingredients in another bowl and beat until combined

Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients bowl in 3 parts, beating/whisking at every addition. Batter is smoth liquidy and not solid

Pour into two 8 inch pans or one larger one.

Cover the pan with a moist cloth on the sides to get a soft well baked caked from all sides. Then put to bake for 30 mins at 170'c

When cool, you can do black forrest with it or just melt some ganache and pour on it and in between layers.
