Take semolina and grind it into a fine powder mix rice flour add salt oil chilli flakes kasuri methi ajwain. Mix all the ingredients well now make a fine dough using water. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

For stuffing add moong dal chilli, cashew,hing,cumin, sauf and grind it little bit.

Now make the dough more soft. Take small section of it and roll it in oval shape. Cut it from the centre. Make fine line with the help of knife. On the other side apply water and fix it on the design side let it rest for 30 seconds.

Make cone shape using water on it's side and fill the stuffing inside seal it properly.

Heat oil. Fry it on low flame. Serve with tea or ketchup.
