Take Almonds and Pista. Grind them coarsely in grinder. Take out in a bowl.

Take a pan or kadai. Put ghee. When it's hot add this Badam and pista. Keep the flame medium. Stir it continuously till it changes the colour and till you can smell the flavour of dry fruits.

When you smell the dryfruits add milk and stir continuously otherwise milk will stick to the pan. Keep the flame low and stir till milk gets absorbed and ghee starts oozing out.

At this stage add cardamom powder, kesar and sugar and again stir it.

Stir it till ghee oozes out again.

Serve hot.
