Hungarian Cottage Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  1. 500 gtwarog (polish cottage cheese easy to find in supermarkets)
  2. 300 gsour creme
  3. 1 tbsppaprika powder
  4. 1-2 tspground caraway seeds or fennel seeds
  5. salt
  6. pepper
  7. 50 gchives chopped
  8. Chilli flakes (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Break down the cottage cheese with a fork

  2. 2

    Add sour cream and paprika powder and mixed them well. Almost like a whipped dip.

  3. 3

    Add caraway seeds and seasoning. And in the end add chopped chives into the mix.

  4. 4

    Eat it as a dip or as a spread on fresh bread :) Best to have it next day when flavours got together.
