  1. 4 tbsp (60 g)No salt Cottage cheese (Recipe # 16737353)
  2. 2 tbsp (30 ml)Plain yogourt
  3. 1 tbsp (15 ml)Low sodium mayonnaise
  4. 1 tsp (5 ml)White vinegar
  5. 2 tspNo salt Taco seasoning mix (Recipe #16752799)
  6. 1 tspOnion flakes or Onion powder
  7. 1 tspLow sodium simulated bacon bits

    In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly. It's easier to use a fork than a spatula to mash up any cottage cheese lumps.
