set out your cream cheese to get to room temp

stir room temp cream cheese and sour cream together

add in you onions or chives, and Tabasco ( you can add more if you would like )

cut up crab and add in

stir together

add in cheese, you can add more or less if you would like (we like lots of cheese)

microwave for 30 seconds at a time to partly melt some of the cheese, stirring after every 30 seconds

serve warm with a variety of crackers

this is a very versatile dip so you can add different things for different occasions
