  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • to tastejaggery syrup
  • as neededoil for frying
  • Pinchbaking powder

    In a bowl add wheat flour,baking powder and jaggery syrup.mix it and make thick batter.now heat oil for frying.now add batter into the oil and make gulgule till golden brown.serve hot with tea.
