Ingredients

4 servings
  • 5-6oranges (santare)
  • 2 pinchchaat masala
  • 1 pinchcumin (Jeera) powder
  • 5-6 tspsugar (chini)
  • 1/2 tspblack salt (kala namak)
  • 1 pinchblack pepper powder (kali miri)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash & Peel all the oranges.

    Clean it's skin from all sides. Also remove all the seeds from it. Extract the pulp carefully.

    Add jeera powder, black salt, chaat masala, black pepper, sugar.

    Mix it. Let the sugar dissolve & let it rest for 10-15min. Refrigerate it for 10-15 min. Can be served as a dessert.
