  • 1 kgKhajur
  • 150 gmSalt
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 2 tspMustard seed
  • 1 tspfennel seeds
  • 2 tspvinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Take off the khajur seed and cut it of your choice.

    Mix all spices in a mixing bowl and roast it well.

    Mix all spices with khajur and add vinegar in it.Mix it well.

    Keep it in airtight container and it's ready to enjoy.
