Yam porridge*
Slice yam in smaller sizes. Wash into the pot. Adds sliced tomato, blended pepper with ginger, sliced onions, 2 or 3 cubes of seasoning, little salt, sliced beef, washed fish and palm oil. Pour water to be just above the level of the yam. Stir everything together and cover it to cook for 10 to 15mins. - 2
When it's done, the water in it would be thick, add your sliced ugu and spring onions. Stir together and put out fire.
Serve hot 🔥 and enjoy. Bon Appétit
