Wash&slit the brinjals like slit+

In a bowl mix ginger garlic paste,dhaniya haldi red chilli powder &salt like thick paste.

Stuff all the brinjal with this paste.

In a kadhai heat oil.once hot add the stuff brinjal.cover &cook on medium heat for 7-10 min.keep checking to avoid burning of the masala in reguler intervals.

Serve hot with Mater ki subzi&roti.
