Ingredients

  • 400 gcooked beetroot (asda) drained
  • 1 handfulfresh dill
  • 1 handfulparsley
  • 1 teaspoonchilli pepper
  • 2 teaspooncumin
  • Salt and pepper
  • 100 gfeta cheese
  • 1egg
  • 4 tablespoonsflour
  • Some bread crumbs for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend beetroot, fresh herbs, chilli pepper and cumin together till beetroot is mashed. Season with salt and pepper

  2. 2

    Add egg and mix well with mashed beetroot.

  3. 3

    Fold in the feta cheese and add flour.

  4. 4

    Make patties and cover it with bread crumbs

    Fry patties till brown
