Dhal is to be fried with 2 green chillies 1 spoon jeera turmeric powder 2 garlic cloves 3 tomatoes

After 3- 4 whistles mash the dal.

Heat the pan pour the oil add mustard, fenugreek, green chilli jeera,curry leaves and chopped onion after get frying add 2 teaspoon of sambar powder fry it for 30 Seconds and add this to cooked dhal

Add 1 cup of hot water in it allow it to cook for 5 mins then the easy Sambar recipe is now got ready to taste.
