I like this salad roll but I always season with mayonnaise. Today I made this for limited ingredients from mystery bag 2.#myaterybag2

Mix eggs, olive oil and salt and whisk. Fry egg and make egg sheets.

Cut broccoli, cheese and egg white with knife.
- 3
Cut garlic very fine with knife.
- 4
Put olive oil and salt and pepper. Mix well.
- 5
Put broccoli salad mixture on egg sheet and roll tightly. Wrap with film
- 6
Keep the rolls in refrigerator for an hour and cut.
- 7
