Ingredients

2 cupsself-raising flour
1 cupsugar and prestige
1 tspvanilla
2eggs
1 tbspcoffee
1quarter cup hot water
1 cupmilk

Steps

Brew the coffee in hot water as you preheat oven to 180 degrees

Cream sugar and margarine till fluffy. Add in eggs one at a time till incorporated.

Add in flour and milk starting with flour and ending with flour.

Add in vanilla and finally the coffee mixture. Bake for 40 minutes.
