Healthy Maharashtrian savoury recipe for breakfast/ brunch made from ragi/ nachini flour,onion and spices.

In mixing bowl add nachini flour, chopped onion and coriander leaves, green chilli,add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt,curd. Mix well.

Add enough water to make soft dough. Divide into 4 portions.

Take one portion of prepared nachini dough. Place on sheet,pat with your fingers to make round roti.

Place on warm non stick tawa. Make hole in middle. Pour 1 tsp oil in centre and on edge. Cover and cook for few minutes on medium low flame.

Flip and cook on medium high flame for few minutes.

Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Nachini Thalipeeth with Fresh Curd.
