Roast the moong dal until it's colour change

In a mixer jar grind the moong dal coarse....

Take a seive and remove the shell as shown in pic

Now using mixer jar grind a fine powder

Dry roast the coconut and grind into fine...

In a bowl add the palm jaggery add some water and let it to dissolve

IN a mixing bowl add the moong dal powder and coconut powder give a mix.. Add cardamon powder also

Now using a strainer add the jaggery syrup little by little and knead like soft dough

Now make the small round balls.. And give a sun dry for 1hr

After 1 hr in a bowl add 2 cup rice flour and pinch of turmeric add water and make a batter

Heat oil in a frying pan... Dip the balls into the batter and deep fry
