Cinnamon Squares

The original recipe actually called for 210g of plain flour so it can be done with just plain flour. I measured the flour half way through mixing and realised I didn't have enough so I had to substitute the remaining amount for what I did have in the cupboard which was rice flour.

Preheat oven to 180c.

Beat the eggs with the sugar. Then in order of listed ingredients mix the rest of the ingredients in until the mixture is smooth.

Add greaseproof paper to a square or rectangular baking tray and grease the paper with butter.

Bake for around 30125
- 5
Bake for around 30-35 minutes or until baked through. Use a toothpick after 25 minutes to test if it's done.

Allow to cool completely before removing it from the tray. Then cut into squares
