  • 2 cupswater
  • 1/3 cupcream of wheat
  • 1/8 teaspoonsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring the water to boil add the wheat and salt and whisk don’t stop at all

    In five minutes turn the heat to low and cook for another 5 minutes keep whisking
