Ingredients

  • 1potato
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 tbspjeera (cumin seeds)
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbspblack pepper
  • 1 bowlrice
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadhai add oil and jeera.

  2. 2

    Now add potato and cook for 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Now add salt, pepper and turmeric powder. Mix well add water.

  4. 4

    Cover it or cook for 15 minutes at medium flame. Serve hot.
