Ingredients

  • 250 gmpaneer mashed
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 2 tspCoriander leaves Chopped
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1/3 tspcumin seeds
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadhai add oil and cumin seeds.then add onion and cook for two minutes.then add all spices and mix it.now add tomato and mix well.add paneer and Coriander leaves.mix well.cook for two minutes.bhurji is ready to serve.
