30 gdried shrimps

Slice carrots to strips and mince the garlic

In a pan, pan fry up the dried shrimps and green onions with some oil (approx 3 min)and put into the bowl with the carrot strips and garlic

Squeeze lime juice over all the ingredients. Mix and serve!
