Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsprouted moong beans and black chickpeas (about 150 grams each)
  2. 1small onion, finely chopped
  3. 1small tomato, finely chopped
  4. 1small carrot, finely chopped
  5. 1green chili, finely chopped
  6. Black salt, to taste
  7. Black pepper, to taste
  8. 1/2 teaspoonchaat masala
  9. 1/2 teaspoonroasted cumin powder
  10. as neededFresh cilantro, finely chopped,
  11. 1 teaspoontamarind chutney
  12. 1 teaspoonlemon juice
  13. 1 teaspoonghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the ghee in a pan. Add the sprouted moong beans and black chickpeas, and sauté for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Turn off the heat and add all the finely chopped vegetables.

    Add the black salt, black pepper, chaat masala, and roasted cumin powder. Mix well.

    Add the tamarind chutney and lemon juice. Mix again.

    After mixing well, garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
