Heat the ghee in a pan. Add the sprouted moong beans and black chickpeas, and sauté for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Turn off the heat and add all the finely chopped vegetables.

Add the black salt, black pepper, chaat masala, and roasted cumin powder. Mix well.

Add the tamarind chutney and lemon juice. Mix again.

After mixing well, garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
