Suji toast
Steps

Chop vegetables- onion, tomatoes, capsicum.
Take half cup of suji.
Mix with 2 tablespoons of curd (add more if the paste isn't smooth). - 2
Add the vegetables to the paste
Add black pepper, salt, chilli flakes, mix well - 3
Spread the mixture on a bread slice

Heat a non stick pan and grease it with oil
Cook with the side covered with the mixture first
Then crisp cook the other side - 5
Serve with sauce.
