Cut pumpkins thinner like a pic

Start to fry pumpkins (I made too many of them so it would be better cooking with certain amount of them)

Fry till the surface gets slightly burned like this picture

As a last step, once you can see the pumpkins are burned enough, you have to stop the heat, then you need to pour the sauces that I wrote (soy sauce, sugar, vinegar). And mix the sauce and pumpkins well
