8 lbyellow squash
1 1/2 tsppink Himalayan salt
1 stickmargarine
2/3 largechopped onion
1/4 lbbacon chopped
1/4 cupvegetable oil
1 tspgranulated garlic powder

Wash the squash

Slice the squash. Heat a large pan melt the margarine very hot add bacon , onions, and squash. Fry till no more liquids, you may have to drain takes about 30 minutes. Then add vegetable oil.salt and add garlic.

Fry till caramelized. Serve hope you enjoy!
