Homemade Almond Milk

Ingredients

  1. 1 CupRaw Almonds Soaked Overnight (in filtered water)
  2. 3 CupsCold Filtered Water
  3. 1Soaked Date (in filtered water) or (honey)
  4. 1 TeaspoonVanilla Extract
  5. PinchSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Drain and rinse the overnight soaked almonds

  2. 2

    Place almond milk in Blender then add the water, date (with a little bit of the date water that was soaked for sweetness), salt, vanilla extract

  3. 3

    Blend till smooth

  4. 4

    Strain the almond milk through a nut-milk bag or a few layers of cheesecloth into a bowl.

  5. 5

    Pour the almond milk into an air-tight storage container and place in the fridge (lasts up to 3 days)
