Before day soak almond overnight and remove skin.

Take a blender add without skin almond, dates, venilla essence, 🍯 honey. Add pinch of salt (don't put lot)

For 1cup of almond add 4cups of water (1:4 ratio) blend it for 1min continues.

After blending filter the milk in the strainer.

Healthy almond milk is ready to drink.
