Marinade the chicken wings using soy sauce, cumin powder,garam masala, paprika, turmeric powder and 1 tsp oil. Add the chicken wings then mix and refrigerate for 2 hrs.

In a bowl add the flour and lightly coat each wing with flour.

Heat oil on medium heat and deep fry until cooked on both sides.

Drain them well and serve with chutney of your choice or a smoothie.
