The only items that need cooking are zucchini and cherry tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes into halves. Toss in some olive oil, pepper and salt. Microwave for about 4 mins.

Assemble everything and plate them anyway you want! Add pepper, salt and sesame salad dressing for flavour! Done!
