Steps

Peel off potatoes and papaya and cut them into cubes.Boil them in water.

Now take a pan and dry roast the yellow lentil. Wash them after roasting.

Now put oil in pan and fry the potatoes and papaya. Add the yellow lentil after frying for few minutes.

Grind tomato and ginger slice. Put the paste in pan. Toss everything and cover with a lid. Cook for few minutes.

Add the spices - cumin powder, coriander powder salt and turmeric powder. Mix everything. Again cook in low flame.

Add water and cook for few minutes more.serve hot
