Ingredients

1 tbsketchep
3 tbssoy sauce (light)
2 tbsolive oil
1ts garlic (crushed)
1ts salt
1ts thyme leaves (dry crushed or fresh)
1/2ts black pepper (freshly crushed and coarse better)
1/4ts white vinegar
3/4kilos of meat (suitable for grilling better thin

Mix well all the ingredients together

Add the meat and with your hands rub the marinade onto the pieces (if it's a thick steak you might want to scratch each pieces a bit for better marination
3

Leave for min 5-10 mins or more if u have time
