Ingredients

  1. 2Boiled potatoes
  2. 1 tbspghee
  3. 1/4 tspzeera
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. to tasteRed chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the boiled potatoes.

  2. 2

    Take ghee in a pan
    Add zeera.

  3. 3

    When it crackles add peeled and cubed potatoes.

  4. 4

    Mix a bit and then add salt and red chilli powder as per your taste.

  5. 5

    Simple aloo sabzi is ready when in quarantine with limited resources.
