  2. 100 gramboiled and grinded bathua
  3. 1 tea spoonblack salt
  4. 1 tea spoonroasted cumin powder
  5. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  6. 1 teaspoonraita masala

Cooking Instructions

    Add 1/2 cup of water to curd and whisk it.

    Add boiled and grinded bataya.

    Add all spices and mix well.

  4. 4

    Bathua raita is ready.
