Rinse & soak udad dal in water for 6 hour.

Now drain and discuard extra water after 6 hours. And put in mixer grinder and grind it. Now add salt red chilli powder gram masala in this material and mox well.

Now take a pan heat oil for deep frying. Now small bolla create and drop in this oil and fry untill golden colour. Now bhalle is ready.

Take a large bowl. Grind curd and add in this some water and mix well. Now add bhalle salt red chilli powder and gram masala roasted cumin seeds mix well. Bhalle ka raita ready to eat.
