Ingredients

  1. 2 cupRice
  2. 1/2 cupOil
  3. 1&1/2 cup Sugar
  4. 1/2 cupWater
  5. 1/2 tspFood Colour (Green & Pink)
  6. 15Almonds
  7. 4Green Cardamom
  8. 20 gramsCashewnuts
  9. 20 gramsRaisin
  10. 5Dry Dates
  11. 50 gramsKhoya

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the rice with green cardamom in 2 litre water.

    Take a pan and add sugar and 1/2 cup water in it. Add oil and cook it until the sugar get dissolved in water on low flame.

    Add Almond, Cashewnuts and Raisin and mix them together in pan. Now add boil rice and cook it for five minutes on low flame.

    When the water is dry, add pink and green colour in it. Now add Dry Dates and Khoya on the top of the mixture. Now cover the pan and leave it for 15 minutes on low flame.

    Now serve it.
