Parboil rice nd set aside

Grate onions nd scotch bonnet, red bell pepper

Pour a required amount of palm oil nd fry onions,add d grated ingredients,add 6 cubes maggi with daddawa nd curry,let's it cook for 30mins add the parboiled rice nd leave it to simmer for 10mins nd enjoy
